  • Well ???? Our tax preparer Jim Hack used to be located at this office. Firstly Kristin sent out an email before Christmas 2017 with a tax document attached. I was unable to download or view the aforementioned document. I sent her an email & she never got back to me. I called this morning & was told by the rude receptionist that Mr. Hack was not available. I left a message to be called. I then emailed Jim at the last contact address we have. He has moved to another tax service. When I receive his relocation letter, I will amend this review with his current location. He is an excellent quality caliber of an individual. Has been preparing our taxes for years. SO you may ask ??? If this lawyer Kristin is not even capable of returning an email that she herself sent, then WHY in the world would I even consider her to handle any of my legal affairs ??? Don't bother with this office.
