  • Tim goes above and beyond with his customer service. Whenever an issue would arise, he would always offer a solution, next best steps or at the least provide more information to help give us have a better understanding of what was going on- a super consultative approach which we really appreciated. He's also honest and up front. We feel these qualities are lost on a lot of people these days so it's been really nice to work with someone who actually helped us the whole way and not frustrated us. Also, we live in Washington state and there were no issues with communication and the process was seamless; he's super responsive via call, text and email. The escrow company even came to our house for closing so we never had to go out of our way to get anything done. This was our 2nd time working with Tim and it definitely won't be our last. Highly recommended!
