  • Please avoid this dealership at all costs. I am NOT kidding. You wouldn't think a Scottsdale Nissan dealership could be that bad right? It's scottsdale and it's nissan, no way. I have filed complaints with AZ Attorney General and BBB. I wish Yelp could help me out too. All their deals are SPOT DELIVERY. Please Google it, as the final paper you will be signing for is A CONDITIONAL AGREEMENT: do not go to dealerships that release a car without approval. They'll offer a deal, you'll sign for the car, and WEEKS later- they'll ask for more money or you return their car period, regardless of good credit or not- please keep that in mind as even with good credit they will screw you and know how to. The new contract they show you will be even worse. In my case, they did not just stop there. I'm over the whole spot delivery thing, on to the next. 4 weeks after my purchase, the sale was still not final, they needed more documents. I'm called back a 3rd time, and at this point I verify with the finance manager, Henry ( who's taken over because my previous finance person no longer works there), that my sale is NOT final and I will be returning their car the next day- dissatisfied with the whole transaction. it's been a big inconvenience,I also have a trade in that they haven't paid off. Why? cause they still haven't approved the contract and there's still no deal. I wasn't able to come in the next day on Sunday, and made sure to contact my sales person and finance manager that I will be returning the car the following day. Of course these people denied it when confronted, even though I have proof from every correspondence the minute I walked in this place. When I come to the dealership to return the car, they refuse as they state the sale is final and that everything they needed was WAIVED. HOW? This was done so AFTER i told them multiple times I will be returning the car. AFTER they told me I could return it, AFTER they state on a recorded call that the sale in not final. The response I received ALL DAY was " you should've came in that day. or else this wouldn't be happening" OMG. It was sunday and I have a life, but it took you 3 weeks to contact me the first time? I ask for proof of approval, proof of payoff for my trade in, proof of anything. They all refused to show my anything regarding my loan- when this is all accessible online and i've turned down dealerships who've shown me my approvals on spot. Fraud. I knew nothing was done and was simply asking for them to keep their word on telling me I can return it. The managers were throwing out different answers when I asked about what bank even approved me. I was passed around manager to manager and all were RUTHLESS and it became personal. Wrong information with each one proved that no effort or sympathy was taken into account. False promises and lies throughout the day were covered up and justified. Their point period was " we have your signature, you shouldn't have signed it ". Two finance managers told me everything they were doing to me is legal and that it would be up to them to help out, this was sarcastic. They were admitting they were playing with me. All the grimy tactics done at a dealership, Pinnacle are experts at every move. No customer service at all. They only look appealing. It became into a 7 hour dispute with no resolution. I was showing all the text messages, emails, calls, recordings that I had of them proving their words wrong. Of course, these people act on what's best for themselves- it's their job and I understand. However, a GOOD business should know when to do the right thing for their customers and future prospects. I am writing this review to represent myself, my three other coworkers that have been dealt the same situation, and for all the scam reviews written online about their deals. Don't ignore them. It's 2016- we are all aware of horrible and dishonest dealerships. Pinnacle takes first place. I didn't want to make this a personal novel, I simply don't want this happening to someone else. Take this from a yelper that just wanted to buy a car :D
