Not only did I buy my Explorer from San Tan Ford but I've also had all my services for it done there. I've been pretty happy with their service so far: both customer/mechanical. Not all has been perfect but they do try to fix any situation I've not been happy with. The service writer I've been dealing with, James, is polite, helpful, and accommodating. I just had a service appointment and had some additional accessories installed and he was great in doing what he could on costs and I appreciated it. I know we pay more at dealers but for local business, good service and he was trying to save me money...I'm ok with that. Thank you James.
