  • I've never been a landlord, but had to rent out my house when I took a job in another city. So far they have made it easy. Rates seem reasonable and they are easy to work with. I get my rent check every month and I really don't have to worry about anything. When there is repair work to be done the rates are reasonable and probably cheaper than if I had scoured craigslist to find some random guy to fix whatever is broke. I wish that the people I rent my apartment from would be as fast to fix things as providence is at fixing things on my renters house.
