| - Run, do not walk away from this hotel. I checked in yesterday for a business trip stay and went out to dinner and then back to the room to get a "Marriott" night's sleep only to pull back the sheets to find them covered in blood. Not just one small spot either, but several large spots. I talked with the front desk staff and they apologized, but they did not offer to change my room nor change the sheets. I did not sleep at all last night and I talked to the GM this morning, who apologized, and said she was "NEW" to the property and she would be making some changes. Honestly, how does someone take over and not make immediate changes and fire the staff that allows this kind of service? I would not give them a second chance. This is not up to Marriott's standards and should be shut down as a property until they can get the service up to a standard of stay. I expect simple things when I stay at hotels; cleanliness, safety, quiet, comfy bed, hot water in the shower with good pressure, wifi that works, and that's about it - not too much to ask from a Marriott, and this place fails on the first expectation.
