  • Shopping at these stores used to be fun, I mean sometimes it could be difficult depending on what managers were working that day but now they consistently suck all the joy out of spending money their stores. I wish they would look at my account history and see how much money I spent when they kept me happy and treated me like a customer. But every store I've been to lately they treat you like you're some vagabond that's trying to rip them off which is funny since you're the one getting ripped off. All I try to do is get good prices so that I don't have to go to eBay. That's what makes shopping at Superpawn enjoyable. Not only are those days gone and customer service is gone downhill but there are no more returns either, you have to pay extra for the option to return something if a doesn't work. And on top of that being talked to like they don't even want me in the store makes me wonder why am I even in here and why would I give you guys any of my money? Dear regional managers if you are noticing a decline in sales this is why.
