  • This place is SOOO unprofessional!! My mom went there to get rid of dark spots, the girl she spoke to and took care of her promised after 8 sessions, spots would be gone. She charged her the full amount you up front and they were supposed to meet every other week. During sessions the girl would be talking about her personal life, or have a couple worker therr taking about her life, unprofessional, I'm a hairstylist and I know you're focus should be the client! 3rd session, an older woman did the treatment and blabbed the whole time about her online dating. 4th session the girl burned my mom. Next scheduled visit kept getting rescheduled because apparently the tools used for This procedure was taken to the other location. This happened for over a month then the girl got fired or left...who knows. And kept pushing my mom aside, finally after weeks told her they would give her botox or another procedure since they can't do the dark spots one anymore. How unprofessional is that, they won't give her the money back, they won't finish the treatment, don't even feel bad that they badly burned her! they keep dodging her calls, someone else who is professional would refer her to someone else. She was going to the location in mesa.
