| - I took my car there for a full detail (because I specifically wanted my seats shampooed). I have tan material seats and when they dried, the next day, they have water stain marks all over from what I only guess is hte soap residue? It looks so terrible! My seats only had one or two stains, nothing major, just wanted a fresh smell on the interior which is why I wanted them shampooed. But now, it looks completely ruined! I will be contacting them to discuss this and see if they can fix the issue, maybe its just soap reside and can be cleaned again. Will update review at that time. If you have experience with this from light colored seats, please share. Additionally, I want to warn people, they do not have any type of accounting system. i.e. the only proof you brought your car in or that you were a customer is a small register receipt with a date/time stamp, the amount, and the company name. I am afraid they won't believe it was that car that I brought in.
Update 6/11/18. After three times trying to shampoo, the front seat looks a little better but the back seat is worse! Now I have to try and contact my dealer I suppose to see what can be done since my car is very new.
