rev:text	I went in for an iPhone six repair and I'm very disappointed with the service. Since I made an appointment online, they said that it would be one hour. I actually waited three hours and they gave me a 10% discount, which was nice. They told me that when I put the phone to my ear, the screen wasn't turning to black and that they would fix this, which took another hour. They told me the problem was fixed when I left. However, when I made a call, it clearly wasn't fixed. As well, when I was at the store, the service was extremely slow. It seemed like the workers weren't doing anything and were just hanging out on their phones and talking to each other while there was a line out the door with people waiting to get their apple products fixed. Two days later, I notice a faint crack through my phone, only visible in certain lights. I didn't drop my phone within the 2 days, and the screen showed VERY visible signs of wear-and-tear that I didn't have on my previous iphone screen that I had for a year and a half prior to cracking it and getting it fixed at this place. They obviously are using sub-par screens to replace broken ones. I went back to the store to get them to replace a screen that cracked within TWO DAYS and they would not do anything about it. I told them that the screen they put on my phone was unacceptable and they told me there was nothing they would do for me, except charge me for a new screen and give me a 10% discount. I paid $200 to get my phone fixed here and I feel completely scammed. Avoid this place at all costs.
