  • I have had EXCELLENT experience !!! Not sure about the bad press but I finally took my 328i with extended factory warranty *PLUS* BMW Maintenance warranty because the "other BMW place" did not fix what the receipts said they fixed. I am talking repeated visits to go back to have what I perceived to be major issues taken care of. I was told that some things which I consider *safety* issues I was told was not covered. What? I live hours away and it is no small task for me to make a long drive and chew up my day waiting for my car at the "other" place to find out I would have to bring it back over and over and over and still not be fixed. An online BMW friend said "find another dealership" -- being the loyal sort I am, and really liking the salesperson who sold me the car, I reluctantly took it to BMW N. Scottsdale. OMGosh the service department was so competent and *completely* thorough. The people who took care of me were courteous and professional. I did not sense any attitude from anyone. I am here to tell you they fixed a number of things which the "other" place told me was not covered and I did not even ask for it! I had given up. Much to my surprise when I came they had a long list of stuff they FIXED! I am talking multiple hundreds of dollars of things they fixed without me asking. Wow is all I can say. I have never ever had service like this. Now this is a place I will be taking my car to during the future. My warranties all just ran out, and I went back and they had the car for a day and did not charge me one dime. No not one cent. I talked to the service manager and he was as nice and laid back as can be. And very concerned that things be done right and thorough. I am blown away. Now I'll add that I am an older woman and my days of tinkering with cars is long gone. I am so very grateful to have a place I can take my car to where I can trust that they will make every effort to treat me with professionalism, courtesy, and MOST IMPORTANT: actually FIX my BMW! And I always get a loaner in perfect condition and clean! I had posted a blast on one of the Bimmer lists about how I would nevah buy another BMW, I take it all back thanks to BMW N. Scottsdale, AZ. You folks are all great! This is as good as it gets!
