rev:text	Clean Freak oh clean freak...I am a clean freak... Star 1: Fast pass allows you to typically blow past the line and get in and out in a hurry, drawback...staff does not pay attention to the gate and often times it is left up in the other lane while they are still conversing or working with the non fast pass people hence holding you up and defeating the purpose of a fast pass. Star 2: With a membership you can run thru the wash more then once, and considering the wash is pretty good but on some days the washer fluid is a little low and they are not on top of their game, you can tell because you don't get the rainbow of colored soaps...you just get one soapy color with hints of the other stuff. Star 3: Free vacuums. This is great, they are pretty powerful... draw back...let me listen to my stereo loud...people are vacuuming, you can't hear shit anyway so why not let me turn it up, I am not a drive by shooter. Why they didn't get 5 stars. I started going here when this place first opened, and low and behold at the end of the wash the blowers use to move, up and down, they were not always stationary and you were sure you car was completely dry...considering I drive a large truck, since this has broke...for quite some time now it no longer dries my truck as good there fore leaving ugly water stains behind, and a ton of water on my roof...not good. This has been broken for over a year...I don't believe they have any plans to fix it. Secondly letting people smoke in the area were you vacuum your cars...hello I am there to get my car smelling fresh and clean so the guy sitting next to me smoking a cigarette as he vacuums out his taxi, kind of defeats the purpose, the fact that the staff will come tell me to turn my stereo down but not say anything and to let this living cancer stick stink up the whole parking lot is a joke to me and almost makes this a 2 star rating...but I do like this place, the staff is mostly friendly and it is convenient...but it could be a bit better...I downgraded my package due to these factors from the $26 package to the $19 package, I miss not getting my tires greased and the extra protective coats on my truck...but they need to fix their shit and get the smoker's under control before I pay top dollar again.
