  • I was investing in a very updated Smartphone and plan. Changing over to a new phone was a new experience. Phones and plans are very different that my current ones. Charles took the time (as long as I needed) to get everything going so I could walk right out the door with my phone ready to use. He did all the transferring, showed me the ins and outs of new phone, double checked on everything to ensure that all was accurate, and was very patient with my learning curve. I had put this off for a long time, but finally jumped in. Charles was there and ready to assist me in every way I could ask.
