  • I ordered a washer and dryer from here. I wanted a Maytag but that one wouldn't be in until march so I went with the ge. I just had surgery and needed it right away. They delivered it today and the dryer didn't work. After calling and being hung up on twice and being placed o. Hold for 10 mins, I spoke with 2 Jenny's, 1 Angela, and Ryan. He told me there's nothing they can do and the soonest they can get one would be a week. I asked if there was a loner one like Angela had mentioned and he said no,he suggest I go to a laundromat, there are none in this area, not to mention I just had surgery and have 2 small children...I was told to call back after its all been resolved and talk to Raquel to see if maybe she can do anything about this. This whole situation was delt with horribly and I think they're response is horrible and inconsiderate! If you need anything, go to Lowe's!
