  • If i could put a no star! I would've... So yesterday night me and my friend decided to stop by there before going home. My friend order something and the employees decides to make fun of the client and laugh at him in front of the customer. We went to talk to the manager and he told us the only way to make a complaint is to reach the owner during the weekdays. We were here polite and then they decided to refer me as "Chinese". I didn't know at that age you would be disrespectful with the customers. Maybe this mcdonald should review the employees. I've worked at a fastfood and the most important is your attitude towards the customer. Even in the interview the most asked question in a fast food place would be " How can you make the customer enjoy their experience here?"
