  • First time I came it was very busy, and the lady working the front desk was very flustered. She was preoccupied with one complicated order so no one was advancing through the queue for awhile. I came right after lunch and waiting a half-hour with an appointment, so that was disappointing, but not a big deal. In my past experience often afternoon is less busy at labs b/c many blood tests require fasting, but turned out the afternoon is popular for people doing employer drug screens. The person did the blood draw was very sweet and very good at it - almost imperceptible. The second time I came a half-hour before closing and they were able to fit me in with no wait, which was great. The blood draw person was newer and not as good as the first person, but it was fine. Mostly I wanted to write a review to give a shout-out to Paul, who seems like an awesome employee. On my first visit he was very patient with the other employee that was getting flustered, and was calmly and kindly dealing with the many patients coming through on the busy day. Both time he was also constantly training other people in the office and seems very nice about it. Very different from the indifferent or downright rude attitude I've often encountered at lab test centers - give that guy a raise!
