  • Horrible customer service, rude, and an absolute waste of time. I was experiencing idling and suspension issues with my vehicle and decided to give these guys a chance based on the positive reviews. Prior to taking my vehicle in I contacted the shop and asked if I could make an appointment for diagnosis and estimate. I was informed that they don't take appointments, they are first come first serve. I went in on a Monday afternoon at approximately 12:30 and they told me that they would get my vehicle in and inspected within half an hour. Well half an hour turned to two and a half hours before Chris (Manager) finally decided to take a look at my vehicle. He explained that in order to correctly diagnose the issue he would need to reset the vehicle's computer, then I would need to drive it for 30-50 miles, and return to the shop. I asked him if I could make an appointment for my return visit. He stated that he couldn't give me an appointment, but assured me that if I was the first one at the shop the next morning he would get me in immediately. I returned the next morning at 8 am and was literally the first customer through the doors. The lady at the front took my keys, placed them on a clipboard and told me that I'd be "up first." Nearly an hour later I decided to walk outside and check the status of my vehicle, to my surprise it was sitting in the same spot where I'd parked that morning. Interestingly though there were several other cars being worked on. I brought this to the attention of the lady at the front and she went over to talk to Chris. She asked him when he would get to my vehicle and he said "well I'm working on this Chrysler." When she returned she told me I could go and speak with Chris personally. I approached him as he was standing at a computer and very politely asked when he would be getting to my car. I also reminded him that the previous day he ensured me that my vehicle would be serviced first if I was the first one in. He continued to stare at the computer screen without ever looking at me, threw his hands up and said, "well I don't know what to tell you." How about this, "I'm sorry, I did promise to get you in immediately if you were the first one here and I will take care of it right away." Or how about, ''I tell all my customers that, because I don't want to lose any business and could care less about their time." Not only did I waste my time here, but had to deal with Chris the manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Bottom line if you're busy, value your time, and don't want to be treated like crap go somewhere else.
