Why do we have to use such a sub-standard delivery carrier. I sent out a package on 7/15/15 for delivery on 7/17/15. It was refused by the receiver. Shows to be returned to sender on 7/17/15 as it was refused. Today is 7/27/15 and their system shows still as "refused." I called USPS. Wait time for an agent was 50-65 minutes. So, finally I spoke with them. They have no idea where this package is. I wish the other shipping companies, FedEx and UPS were not so expensive as I would use them exclusively.
