  • Decent care, but they run this clinic like a factory. No personal attention, long waits, and unapologetic staff. I couldn't imagine a less entertaining environment for children than the waiting area, and an hour of doing literally nothing is just too long for small children. I've never seen a doctor within an hour of our appointment time. This strikes me odd, since my kids have never had more than 5 minutes of time with the actual doctor, and I can't imagine it takes much longer than that to dictate notes about the visit after the fact. Again, the doctors are all competent, but I suspect that most of them don't have or even like kids, as they have all the bedside manner of an alarm clock. Pro-tip: They close the examination room door after the nurse does the initial consultation. If you open it, and let your toddlers wander into the halls, and play with the equipment, they seem to get a doctor into the room a little quicker.
