I utilized the website to make an appointment for routine service appointment, The website gives the option to request a loan car. I made an appointment and requested a loan car in good faith, only to find out that Findlay's policy is only to have a loan car available to customers with newer models. Since I needed a 105,000 mile service I did not qualify for the loan car.
I believe the website should have a disclaimer that the age of your vehicle determines the level of service you will receive.
