  • Should've known better. Based on shopping here to buy a car ended up getting a deal that was nearly $5000 better on an apples to apples vehicle after telling them that I wasn't up for the normal games, I'm in the business. Decided to try them for an oil change today, called and was told that they have an express service and there currently was no wait. Arrive 10 minutes later and I'm told that it's going to be an hour and 45 minutes till they get to my Oil service. I tell the service writer that I was just quoted no wait , His response was to laugh as I left.
