  • This is the worst management company. They'll respond to maintenance requests as they please, usually six months later. My roommate and I have had a leak in our apartment from May thru November (when we moved out so not sure if it's been fixed). It was leaking IN OUR LIVING AND BEDROOM. We put maintenance requests in NUMEROUS times and were told they were working on it and fixing the roof above us. You can also break into the building from at least 4 different places. The fob is basically worthless and the security guard is asleep by 7pm most nights. The unit itself is fine but contractors clearly cut corners in construction. Very weird layouts. Sometimes difficult to park on street. Elevator is unbelievably slow. Good location.
