I just had the poorest service at a Second Cup of any kind ever. I will probably never go back. Thanks to the server behind the counter who was far more interested in talking to his two friends and barely acknowledged me or care that I was there. I used to work at a Second Cup and I have to say I never treated anyone like they weren't important, even for a $2.50 cup of coffee or tea. The next time I go into any establishment where I am treated like I am not there, I will leave and go somewhere else. But I will also speak up. This employee can do better, and the company deserves to know about it, so they can improve their customer service. Before they lose more loyal customers. I have worked with the public for years, and the public deserves better too.
