  • I've never had Cox services before. I walked in today and left VERY impressed! There were 4-5 people in the queue in front of me but my wait was about 5-7 mins. The young lady helping me, Samantha, was GREAT...super nice and helpful. I was out of there in 20 mins, with new internet service and at a great price. They also gave me the equipment myself and I was able to plug it in and be up and running as soon as I got home. Best experience!!!
