  • I came in today to return some fabrics. I know that this is not the most convenient thing in the world. I too have worked in retail but the woman helping me process the return in the fabric department, Kaelin was very rude. She kept making comments such as "what was the problem", "wish me luck" to her fellow coworkers and glaring at me. She took over for another young man who was initially helping me- he was great and very kind. I just found it very disrespectful for her to cop an attitude with me over a return. I will not be back to this store.
