  • From the Big Two website: "Big Two Toyota Scion in Chandler, AZ treats the needs of each customer with the greatest respect and individual attention that everyone deserves." ****NOT TRUE.***** The facility is amazing, I will give them that. They take great pride in the looks and amenities they offer. However I can not tell you how many times I or people I know go there and get terrible service. The wait times are ridiculous. I dropped off a family member's car to get service, made an appt, and waited 4 hours for a oil change. I would go up to the cashier, a long blonde with glasses, and ask if she could help me see what's taking so long and with attitude she looks up from her phone and says to find my advisor. I felt I was bothering her so I just went and sat down. Finally i was reached and the person told me they called me an hour before... I HAD NO MISSED CALL. I do not recommend this place, appointments do not matter here, they are simply for the advisor and employee attitudes are not worth your TIME AND MONEY.
