Upgrading to well deserved 4 stars. My wife made the reservations for the holidays at the Bellagio way back in July. She wanted the best and did a lot of research and the Bellagio continued to pop up.
Anyway, I was upset when no one contacted me in the time they stated they would. Thus, the harsher review. Customer service is the most important part of a review, and it can make or break businesses.
On Sunday evening Jan. 8 2017 My wife received a call from the Bellagio, Glen from security. He spoke with my wife and I and he was nice and his concern was genuine. I know with the size of the Bellagio and the amount of people that stay there he must be a very busy man yet he took his time. Never rushing us, he wanted to know every detail and was very apologetic. We spoke for about 15 minutes. I also just received a message from Lori expressing concerns as well. This hotel does care. Glen file a report and said he would get back with us and I will contact Lori. NICE BELLAGIO. This is the kind if response we expect from such a fine establishment. I hope to change this to a 5 star review after all is final.
