| - DO NOT USE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They do not know the meaning of customer service. The most inflexible business that provides a service, I have ever dealt with. Hello its 2016, you have to have a printed ticket. My son missed his shuttle due to a very delayed flight, I had to buy a new ticket, but they wanted it printed. When he got to O'Hare he had to find a printer to print the ticket. When I called "customer service" and explained kids don't carry printers with them, its 2016 use the wonderful technology we have today, they said then don't use our service. I won't. One other thing, they won't refund my money for the ticket I could not use and they have no operators during non business hours, so you can't talk to anyone if you have major problem like we did. Use PEORIA CHARTER, they are flexible customer service oriented, have a live person to talk to on the weekends and after hours and are the exact same price. Oh and their shuttles were all booked up, whereas Suburban/Illini Shuttle was not, I wonder why???
