Tried to reach service as I was stuck with my car. First time I called told the womqan my problem and I said I really need to speak with someone asap. Transferred to a voice mail. Called back and told the woman, once again, that I have a problem and need to speak with a real person...once again...transferred to voice mail.
I called Findlay and right away my problem was addressed and they told me to bring it right in.
I am so sorry I purchased my car from Jim Marsh.
I didn'ty even purchase my car from Findlay and they were more than helpful.
Sorry Jim Marsh...you lost a customer!
