  • I am an east sider, but elected to go here based off of the great reviews coupled with the fact that they participate with my insurance. Scheduling was super easy (right through their website.) Appointment day came and I showed up right on time. Every person in there was already assisting other customers, but I was greeted and directed where to go. Filled out the paperwork and waited for the optometrist to see me. He was super cool, asked what my perceived needs were, did a thorough exam and I headed to the front to be fitted for glasses. These folks know their stuff! My associate took one look at me, asked a few questions, and pulled about 8 frames to start. I would put each pair on, with Tom providing a "yay" or "nay." I settled on a super funky Theo frame that I absolutely adore. These frames were NOT cheap! However, they are not your run-of-the-mill, boring frames that you can get anywhere. I felt like I was getting the star treatment. They were super patient with me and I would recommend them without hesitation. Don't want to be bored? Go here, you won't be disappointed!
