  • I found a good Raman place here in the Phoenix area. I'm from LA so Republic Ramen doesn't compare but hey it's great to find a location in Phoenix. I ordered a Tonkotsu Ramen, traditional toppings with the addition of egg & zucchini. It was very yummy. Noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth & vegetables all work together. For those looking for good Ramen this place hits the mark. I recommend Republic Ramen!
