  • This company sucks!! The dispatcher was rude and actually hung up on me before I had finished speaking to him. THEN it took the driver FOREVER to get to my location and even tho I needed to go only 3 miles down ONE street, somehow he got "lost" and passed the place but wouldn't stop talking long enough so I could tell him to turn around. Finally after he passed my destination by about 3 blocks I just cut him off and let him know he missed the place (even tho he has a GPS right in front of his face!). He just laughed it off and when we arrived at the place the total was $15.85 (expensive 5 min trip), so I hand him $100 bill and told him to just give me back 80 in cash and he could keep the change. But shockingly he didn't have change for $100 he only had $75! So he ended up with a $10 tip. Freakin rip off. I will walk before I ever call these shysters again.
