  • WONDERFUL property! I love their mobile check-in process, it sped up the check-in. We had parked already and needed to speak with a guest service agent to figure out a few kinks and he was so kind. He suggested an upgrade, but was not overly aggressive, and we ended up taking the upgrade of $20 extra a night for the bathtub included. The rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of outlets everywhere. There was no free coffee, but this is a Las Vegas resort, not the residence inn down the street. It was to be expected. Since we booked during the holiday special, our rate was discounted and also included two buffets per night. For our buffet meals, we decided to go to breakfast both days. I have a separate review for the buffet. The food was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Juan at the omelette bar was an especially positive stand-out. I also ate at Grand Wok, which was exquisite and classy. Annie was a pleasure. There is also an express check-out option. I prefer checking out in person, and Arthur at the front desk was wonderful and kind.
