  • I'm still having problems with this place. I booked a vacation at their Dolphin Beach Club and then was contacted by one of Bluegreens reps saying that I should upgrade to another resort (more money) because Dolphin Beach was a dump. That word is a quote. He actually used the word "dump" to describe one of their own resorts. I didn't think Dolphin beach was THAT bad, although I found it a little weird that there was no staff in the lobby ... just a note saying to go to another hotel down the street to pick up my room keys. And when I did maybe they should have checked my ID?
