Update 7/23/16:
General Manager contacted me about a month after writing this. After proof of cabinet damage with photos and a discussion with my contractor we could not come to fair terms. To be clear I offered the amount of damages and delays be donated to a charity - not to me - would not do that. Not ever using or recommending this company.

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN...!
Have used 3 times now so established customer. This time they did not remind us we owed remainder of kitchen cabinet payment. Going to a condo we are remodeling with cabinets but would not give to our contractor but would not state why. By the time we got called from our contractor they left causing a days' delay. My contractor owner asked what was the problem and would have paid for the cabinets had they told her. Wife called and paid - $ that was never the issue - we had a lot going on plus we both work. They delivered next day but two cabinet pieces delivered broken - discovered after opening boxes. Fortunately I have a talented contractor that can repair and minimize the damage.
Cost us a 2 day delay on the project...
Very poor after the sale customer service - totally disgusted and dis-satisfied. Maybe this 1 star review will get their attention.
