  • Went out for an early start to Christmas shopping. Find good prices on most things customer service seem to be horrible at best. Very deceiving sales on sales floor. So be sure to read fine print before you buy. Seems to be a catch with all their pricing. When I told the associate that seems kind of deceiving they said management makes the signs not them. After a half hour of waiting in line and another associate came back from their break to take over at another register she needed to have another sip of her coffee before she decided to help the line which had about 50 people standing in it. Associates at the store were just very rude. If this is the way a store is run and they blame it all on the management I call for an all out boycott of JCPenney Sears and Kmart no wonder they're having problems keeping their business's open. I've been in sales for over 25 years I would rather spend my money someplace that's a little more money but you get a lot better service. BOYCOTT! BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT.
