  • I'm shocked to see all of these great reviews maybe I came in on a bad day. Long story short I came in for a pedicure and manicure buff, very simple and quick. I was asked to have a seat in the massage chair because they were ready for me. I kid you not, I was seating in the massage chair with my feet in the water for over 30 minutes. Yes, no exaggeration over 30 MINUTES! I almost got up and left but the man told me he will be right with me at the 15 min mark. When he finally came over he apologized ( I am a forgiving person) I accepted his apology and he started the pedicure. I had to ask him to change the water because now it is freezing ( shouldn't have to ask that). Pedicure was whack, red paint smudges on my skin and he cut my nails uneven. There was paint underneath one of my nails I asked politely if he can clean it up he stated that was the nail. At this point he asked me to walk over to the desk for my manicure and I said nope I'm going to pass on that... Should have walked out...
