  • Great staff, the lady who owns the franchise is always very nice to talk to, and is very knowledgeable about the pet foods that they sell. If they don't have the food I want, she can order it in as well in a reasonable amount of time. They also bring in locally made treat items, nothing from China (and I'm Chinese). Great because the food will be much fresher than anything else available from a package. They also now have extended hours which is great, because it's easier for my own working hours.
