  • Finally had my carpets cleaned in my basement! They have never been cleaned but I have always taken care of them, spots and all. I placed my order online 3 rooms for $99, sounded good to me. They came and said one room and a hallway. MMMM how can you get an online order wrong. They did clean my 3 rooms for $99 but really pushed me to have my stairs cleaned for an extra cost. I felt pushed but said yes. They really wanted me to add on extra stuff but I kept saying no. They showed me how dirty my couch was and kept wanting me to have it cleaned. Why keep telling your customer their things are dirty? All in all my basement carpet is fresh and clean.
