  • I love going here cause their open late, but this last time I went, wasn't happy at all! Rose did my fill, & wasn't happy at all with my nails! Within a week 1/2, 3 completely popped off & ive never had this happen! I was her last customer of the night, & not only did I feel she rushed thru it so she could go home, but I do just natural on my nails ...just the pink/white. The problem was...sometimes I do gardening w/o gloves on, so you could see dirt under a few of them, but if she would have cracked back my nails with the nippers like they usually do, she would have gotten the dirt that was trapped under there. So I said something to her .... "your just putting the acrylic on top, cause you can still see the dirt", & she said l'll put pink powder on top & you won't be able to see it. I didn't want pink powder cause it makes my nails look to artificial, but I thought ok, so when it was time to pay, she said it's $25, & i said shouldnt it be $23...$18 for the fill & $5 for gel top coat & she said $ 2 for the pink powder . Well if she had done her job thougherly , then I wouldn't have had the pink powder put on to cover up what she didn't do which was cracking back my nails . So I said ok, so instead of getting a $5 tip, she got $3 & even that was too much cause I could feel her taking short cuts cause she was ready to leave! She never got the nippers out...I think she was just doing a quick job just to get out of there! Was very disappointed... So ladies, don't go late, cause you might get the same service! It was a waste for me... I'll stay with Vanessa, but she's never there late.. guess I'll have to start coming earlier.
