  • I've been to this place four times, each time the experience was less and less pleasant. Even though they seem to have a lot of people on staff, I felt rushed and brushed off each time, specially when I expressed concerns and had questions. The second time I went to this place I went in for a general checkup, I expressed some concerns a couple of times about one particular molar that they had worked on and the doctor, an older man with an accent, kept on talking me down, brushing me off, and had a dismissive tone... the last time I was there, I went in to have four teeth pulled out in one day under the recommendations of an orthodontist, which was a huge and irreversible mistake, no one here brought up any questions about the procedure. The only example of professionalism I encounter there was one dental hygienist who was very attentive and genuine but in general this place feels very unprofessional and seem to care only about charging $$$ and closing deals. It sucks that it took me four tries to really dislike this place, I guess I give too many chances... I do not recommend it AT ALL!
