Moksha is a standard set up postures but there is variety with flow classes and Ashtanga. I find the basic moksha not as challenging but sometimes I actually like this, to know the postures well and to really see how much stronger I've become. There are some fabulous teachers at this location. There are a few I am not such a fan of but I'm very "picky" and because they are affiliated with the Richmond Hill location it's easy for me to go there also. Having said that, Yancey does 630am Ashtanga, she's really amazing. Maryday and Christina are both strong and melodic in their style. Danny is flawless with his ability to guide a challenging class. Katie is fabulous, I can't make her classes as much as I'd like to! Jennifer offers a challenge clearly brings some originality to her classes. The studio is clean, there are 2 practise rooms and the staff at the door are always welcoming and I have very much enjoyed my membership here. Hot Yoga is the best thing I have ever done and I can't believe it took me so long to start!
