  • First off lets start with how un sanitized the emergency place is. Was very grossed out and isnt a hospital suppose to be clean ???? Haha no not this one. The emergency room was very unorganized! They had patients all over the place. I was with my brother and they came to me numerous times asking if i was so and so and it was VERY clear i was not a patient. We got transferred from another hospital so my brother got tossed in the emergency where he did not even belong. We told a few people about the situation and they rudely replied they cant tell us because they do not specialize in that field. Ok understandable but you couldn't grab a nurse for us? So as this goes on another family member was trying to get to my brother. The people told him that he's not in his room and don't know where he is at? Uhhhh..... Ok. No comment on that. Lets just say that the emergency room needs to get their stuff together. It's a ridiculous mess down there and the attitudes from the nurses don't make it any better! The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because the upper floors are great. It's peaceful, friendly nurses, and clean! It made up for the terrible experience.
