  • This nail salon is the absolute worst one I've been to!! I get pedicures frequently. When I came to get a pedicure they did not use bags in the foot bath. The next day I woke up with a huge rash from my foot to my knee. I immediately called to tell them and asked for a refund since I discovered I received an infection from it. The manager/owner answered and said "Hi, I am with a customer right now I will call you back." Hours later I never received a call. I called back and she answered again saying "I am with a customer.....I will call you back today...maybe. Bye." And hung up on me. I went into the nail salon since she was not returning my calls and once I was refunded she said to me "Please do not come back!" I was completely taken aback by a owner would treat a customer like this and not even apologize but instead tell me not to come back!!?
