  • My family needed our car fixed. This body shop kept messing it up - in fact, it was worse! The trunk wouldn't close properly. After 3 tries and over 2 weeks (they were supposed to have it only a few days) the car still wasn't fixed properly. And when we needed information or communication, this shop never called us - we were ignored for days on end until we had to call the . Worst customer service ever!!
