| - Disappointed in my order and customer service today. I went in last week to order 14 Tampa Bay Rays themed baseball cupcakes for my son's going away party at preschool. We are leaving for Florida tomorrow. I wanted to order 24, but they said they would only do custom orders by the dozen (so I ordered 24!). I asked if I could pick up at 11:30 on Tuesday, but they said the earliest a custom order could be picked up was 12, unless I wanted to pickup the day before. So, ok...I'm now ordering 24 instead of 14, and picking up a day before, but whatever, I figure it's worth it. Well, I go to pick up my cupcakes today, and the color of the Tampa Bay Rays logo is black instead of blue. I ask why it's black and the lady says that I didn't indicate a specific color. I said, "I sent you a picture." She looks it up and sees the picture and says,"Well, it kind of looks black in the picture (it didn't at all). I'll give you a punch card for two free cupcakes!" I said,"I'm flying out to Florida tomorrow night." She said,"Well, you can give it to someone else." There was no offer to fix the order, and at that moment, I didn't care. (Despite this being the equivalent of doing the DBacks logo Orange instead of red). The kids won't really notice that the black logo is wrong and doesn't match with the blue and yellow plates...but for $88 for the 14 cupcakes I needed, I was hoping they would pay more attention to the logo I sent. Also, I don't like that she tried to make it sound like it was my fault at first. Not the best customer service.
