  • The reviewers on "Check Please" were right. This funky little place that I never would have walked into if I hadn't heard about it prior, is really good! I had the New Yorker, which is as close as I can get to a Miracle Mile New Yorker in NW Phoenix, which was pretty darned good. My husband had the New York Burger which the same thing with a hamburger patty added to the pastrami and he loved it also. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that they serve the string type French fries which I'm not a fan of and wouldn't order next time. Good luck trying to decide which soda you'll have - they surround the room.
