  • Arrived at West Valley my wife had pain in her abdomen. Paid cash since she has no insurance, $110.00. We were passed into the room, nurse asked questions in regards to the pain, where it came from, how long has she had the pain etc. In comes the Dr. no interpersonal skills nothing, not polite or courteous just straight to the point and asked literally the same questions that the nurse asked. He had to be a new grad. Dr. Rene Anikwue was rude, I was holding my child and my child was doing what two year old's do blabber about everything, the doc told us to be quiet. He was very brusque with my wife, it was a horrible experience. The conclusion, nothing was wrong with my wife, even though her pain was excruciating. He gave us a rx for promethazine for nausea/vomiting. Do not give this office your money as people are not appreciated or treated with care as stated.
