I am pretty upset with this dealership at this point. I went there last month to purchase a vehicle and ended up leaving with what I thought was a reliable vehicle. I should have know at first I was being worked over but having never bought a car from a dealership I am new to the whole experience. We take the truck for a test drive and there's a clicking noise when I accelerate. I ask them if they could fix that before I make my purchase the lady told me they will look into it. We get back she said her service guys looked at the problem and it wouldn't be an issue the car had been "serviced" and was ready to go. Yesterday my battery died while I was in a gas station I thought weird I've only had the truck for slightly over a month. Open the hood to find gunk over everything and rags just laying around in there. I am livid. Is this what is considered serviced? Did they ever even open the hood? So after fixing this issue and the weather finally looking up I decide to investigate the click. I had an idea it was coming from the exhaust manifold because I looked into the noise online and these trucks are know for these issues (weird your service guys didn't check a known issue for these engines) just to find that it looks like someone tried to glue the manifold on where the bolts usually break. So I would just like to thank you guys for teaching me to never trust a dealership especially yours. Now I have to go drop a whole bunch of money into a vehicle maybe 40 days after purchase. Lesson learned guys. Also I would like to add that this is not against everyone there the finance guy who helped me get the loan was an outstanding and really helpful guy but it's not enough for me to ever recommend someone going here.
