  • My husband and I went to look at a Honda Crosstour today. It was listed on the website for $18,891 with 46,175 miles on it with only one picture (that showed different wheels than what was actually on the car). When we got to the dealership the salesman said "not sure where it is at the owner has been driving it for the past couple of months." Once they finally find it he mentions that the vehicle now had over 59,000 miles on it and the blower was not working properly and that he wasnt sure what they would do on price. This changed our thoughts on the vehicle and we explained that we wanted to drive it but we were now going to go look at another car that was same mileage, one year newer, one owner and had more options but we would consider this vehicle if the other one would not work. After driving the vehicle the salesman immediately said "its January 30th, ready to make a deal?" We again explained the situation and how our thought have changed since the mileage on this car had changed. An hour of waiting for them to tell us what the price would be now, the salesman came back with a number, which we again thanked him and said we would be in touch but we are going to look at the other vehicle. He attempted to provide us the comparison we were talking about but was not listening and pulled the wrong information. After explaining politely to him we were going to look at the other vehicle first before we made a decision he threw the paper work on the table and said ok. No, business card, no thank you, nothing he clearly was agitated and wanted nothing to do with us. We have purchased many vehicles and this was by far the worst service we have dealt with. The salesman was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to listen and work with us. We were not trying to waste his time but we also came to look at the vehicle believing it was different mileage than it actually was. Unfortunately for us the other vehicle we went to look at did not work but we would never choose to do business with this dealership so you lost a sale. Hopefully you don't treat all of your customers this way.
